Q: Where is the Heritage located?
A: The Heritage is just 2 blocks west of Yale Avenue on 31st Street, directly behind Goldie’s Patio Grill restaurant. The office address is 4455 East 31st Street in Tulsa. Click here to get directions.

Q: When can I view an apartment?
A: The Heritage leasing office is open Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. Appointments are not required, but calling ahead is recommended. The office phone number is (918) 743-8997.

Q: Is there an application fee?
A: There is a $25.00 processing fee due when you submit your application. This is a nonrefundable fee and can be paid with personal check, cashier’s check or money order (no cash).

Q: How do I reserve an apartment if I’m not moving immediately?
A: You may reserve a specific apartment up to 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of your move-in date by submitting the security deposit, either with your application or upon application approval. Security deposits are $100.00 for a one-bedroom apartment and $200.00 for a two-bedroom apartment.

Q: Is the security deposit refundable?
A: The security deposit is refundable if your application is denied, if you cancel your move within 3 days of being approved, or upon move out if all terms and conditions of the lease are fulfilled.

Q: What will cause my application to be denied?
A: Please see the Heritage Application for more information.

Q: What will be my total move-in cost?
A: The amount due at lease signing will vary based on your move date and current special promotions.

Q: I have an emergency and the office is closed. What do I do?
A: For emergency maintenance or after-hours courtesy patrol assistance, please call the Heritage office at (918) 743-8997 and the answering service will notify the appropriate personnel.

Q: Who do I call to set up my utilities?
For cable, telephone, and internet services, you can sign up at the office for free installations from Cox Communications. For gas and electric utilities, you can call the numbers below:
